Service Description

The strikingly beautiful setting of the Main Hall at St Paul's Church on Hills Road is the perfect place to practice with space, comfort and inspiration. Dynamic sequencing, great music (including live instruments!) and shared energy will leave you refreshed and uplifted. You will need to bring your own mat if you have one and any props you might need (not required), and water should you want it. There are some mats to borrow if you don't have one :) Classes before Easter 2024 are donating profits to the Ehlers Danlos Society. Do get in touch ahead of the class with any injuries, requests or concerns about the practice. All are welcome, whatever your background in yoga or movement may be. See you on the mat!
