Join James via Zoom for his signature Core Strength yoga class. A practice which focusses more on the strengthening side of yoga, you can expect to work hard and build a sweat as you fire up the core and upper body. A great way to keep active and strong during the winter months as well as balancing the body and mind!


You will need a mat and a suitable place to practice, as well as a connection to Zoom. The Zoom Meeting link is sent to you on confirmation of your spot, and all attendees will get a recording of the class afterwards to take in your own time - whether or not you can make it live!

The end of the week can leave us feeling tired, worn out and disconnected from our energy. Flow Fridays will help you to tune into your movement and breath to help reset your own energy dynamic and move into the weekend with ease and calm. Expect the comfort of familiar sequences and a willingness to try new things in what will be a really special series of classes!

"Resilience" is a buzzword of our times - but what does it actually mean and how do we cultivate it? Weaving together movement, breath and the best teachings of psychology, yoga and more, these classes will help us to strengthen our practice as we move into the Winter.
