AWAKENING YOGA *ONLINE*

Thursdays || 7:30-8:30 a.m. || Zoom

Join James for a morning class via Zoom to awaken your body and mind as you move towards the weekend. Expect dynamic and strength-focused sequences to liven up even the dullest of days, leaving you feeling ready to face whatever challenges the rest of the week might hold.

You will need a mat and a suitable place to practice, as well as a connection to Zoom. The Zoom Meeting link is sent to you on confirmation of your spot, and all attendees will get a recording of the class afterwards to take in your own time - whether or not you can make it live at 7.30am!

OCTOBER YOGA FLOW:
GROWING INTO FULLNESS

Mondays in October || 6:30-7:45 pm
St Paul's Church, Hills Road, Cambridge

As we move into the season of mist and mellow fruitfulness, we explore what it means to open up in our yoga practice and in our wider lives. Yoga teaches us recognise our inherent wholeness, but growing into fullness is a practice.


The strikingly beautiful setting of the Main Hall at St Paul's Church on Hills Road is the perfect place to practice with space, comfort and inspiration. Dynamic sequencing, great music (including live!) and shared energy will leave you feeling ready for a new week. 


Doors will open at 6pm, giving plenty of time to arrive, set up and relax. You will need to bring your own mat and any props you might need (not required), and water should you want it. Social distancing measures will be in place as per the latest government guidelines, to help you feel confident, comfortable and safe.


Do get in touch ahead of the class with any injuries, requests or concerns about the practice. All are welcome, whatever your background in yoga or movement may be. See you on the mat!

SEPTEMBER YOGA FLOW:
NEW BEGINNINGS

Join James for creative and uplifting yoga classes this September! This month we will be working with the idea of "new beginnings", which we can often feel as Autumn rolls around. Maybe you are going back to school, work, or old routines - but really there is no going back. Each moment is a fresh start.
