Join me in Downing Place, Cambridge, for an extended yoga class/workshop on Sunday 1st September, 3-5pm!

What we will be doing

As we think about transitioning from the Summer into a new academic year, it is the perfect time to explore the different possibilites contained within of our movement. We will use flowing yoga sequences to discover connection with all kinds of directions - where we are moving from, where we move towards, what moves through us, and between us. It will be a wonderful experience!

Where we are

We practice in the Gibson Hall, a brilliant space with a projector screen giving visual inspiration and focus. You are welcome to arrive anytime from 2.30pm and you will be sent a code for the door beforehand. You will need to bring your own mat! There are lots of spaces to change and refreshments included!

Booking

Spaces are limited! If you have an existing class pass, you can use 2x passes to book this by messaging directly. Otherwise there are dropin spaces at three rates - standard, supporter and concession. Concessions are offered on a no-questions asked basis.
