About the event
This Sunday afternoon series in November will be a brilliant way to explore the intersection between psychology and yoga.Â
Join James for any or all of 4 sessions on different approaches to understanding the body and mind. Each workshop begins with a talk/lecture, followed by discussion, and then a yoga class which puts the themes into practice. Weaving together his yoga teaching experience and knowledge as a counselling psychology doctoral student, James will bring to life some of the subjects that help us understand what it is to be a human being!
This series is suitable for yoga practitioners, psychology students, yoga teachers and anyone with a general curiosity in the subjects of the body and mind. Sessions take place from 3-5pm in the beautiful and warm Gibson Hall at Downing Place URC in central Cambridge.Â
