About the event

Join James for any or all of 4 study afternoons, each focussing on different theories from psychology and their relevance to yoga. This session focusses on phenomenology.

Each workshop begins with a talk/lecture, followed by discussion, and then a yoga class which puts the themes into practice.

Weaving together his yoga teaching experience and knowledge as a counselling psychology doctoral student, James will bring to life some of the subjects that help us understand what it is to be a human being!

This series is suitable for yoga practitioners, psychology students, yoga teachers and anyone with a general curiosity in the subjects of the body and mind.

Tickets start from £10 per workshop for concessions and if you are facing financial barriers to taking part, please get in touch. Book all 4 for a discount!

Sessions take place from 3-5pm in the beautiful and warm Gibson Hall at Downing Place URC in central Cambridge.

Bring a yoga mat, pen and paper, and see you there!
