Have you always wanted to balance with confidence? Join James for an small group practice looking at hand and arm balancing from the fundamentals to flying free! 

Whilst this session is structured, you will be able to bring postures you would like to work on to be guided with expert tuition and hands-on adjustments should you want them. 

Expect a friendly and an encouraging atmosphere and time and space to get individualised feedback, tips and technical direction. You won't be worked harder than you like, so this is for anyone - from the very underconfident to those looking to add to their existing postures. 

This is a pay what you feel session! Spaces are limted so you have space and time to be helped indivually, if you want it, so book while you can and donate whatever you feel you can afford to cover costs. Workshops typically cost £20-30 but you are welcome to pay as much or as little as you like, including taking advantage of a free space should you need to.

Doors open at 2.45pm and you are welcome to free herbal teas beforehand and during the break :) Bring along a mat, and see you there!
