About the event

Join James to mark World Mental Health Day with an interactive, experiential workshop!

Suitable for those with any level of experience in yoga (including total beginners) this friendly and informal workshop will introduce some ideas from psychology and yogic philosophy to prompt us to explore a range of movements and practices as ways of making sense of our mental and emotional lives.

Expect a no-pressure, sensitively facilitated environment, and to try something a little different from how you might normally practice or move.

If you have any questions, or there is anything that might make it easier for you to join in, do get in touch with me in advance. Remember to bring along a yoga mat to practice with, or to let me know in advance if you don't have one at all and need to borrow one.

Feel free to donate whatever you feel to cover the costs of the venue and time. If you need to take advantage of a free space, you are more than welcome, and do share with anyone who might like to join in.

See you there - doors open at 2.45pm and there are free herbal teas and some snacks to enjoy beforehand and during a break in the middle of the workshop which runs from 3-5pm (it's not all yoga/movement, so you won't leave tired!)
