About the event

The autumnal equinox occurs in September each year, and in the northern hemisphere, the date marks the end of summer and beginning of autumn.

Join James for a unique event marking this transition moment in our year. Not your usual yoga class, this XL vinyasa special will evoke the power of the natural world with reference to some of the ancient traditions by which civilisations have marked the movement of time. James is excited to introduce you to a NEW yoga class concept at what will be a wonderful evening -  expect powerful sequencing, a strong rhythmic focus and an open-minded approach to yoga!

Doors will open at 6pm and you will need to bring your own yoga mat. Props are not required unless you really want to bring some! Social distancing measures will be in place so you can practice with confidence. Any questions do get in touch, and see you on the mat!
