Save Our Souls - a medicine for our times!

Join Amy and James for a one-off night of dance, yoga, live music and soul in the heart of Cambridge. 

Socially distanced but spiritually connected, you will be guided through 90 minutes of movement and magic in the most inspiring setting. 

As we head into Winter - with whatever it might bring - we need to work hard, connect deep, and keep moving. 

Doors open at 6.45pm. Bring your own mat and a mask until you are on your mat, and be prepared for a wonderful night not to forget! Places strictly limited and sparkly outfits encouraged! Any questions, just get in touch and see you on the night!
