This summer, we present a unique opportunity to join three teachers in a one-of-a-kind experience in the heart of Cambridge: Sound Body, Sound Mind.

Led by James Downs, Andrea K and Amy Holly, these three teachers will bring together their love for music, rhythm, and movement. 

You will be led through accessible ways to explore these - just using our own unique, enlivened bodies. No mat or expeirence are required. Just come as you are - the event will be well paced and isn't solid movement or exhausting! Think meditation, movement from our own innate rhythm (such as the heartbeat!), breathwork, creative use of music including a range of live instruments during the event - it will be really special.

We hope that some of the tools offered by music can help you learn how to regulate your nervous system, connect with yourself and others, and be inspired for months to come.

Together we will be united by sound. 

Practical information:

The workshop will run from 10am - 1pm (with breaks)

You don’t need a mat! You might want to bring a cushion for meditation but this is optional. Everything is included in the price, including refreshments and snacks during the morning.

There are a range of prices: Standard / Supporter / Concession - do consider the Supporter price if you can as it allows us to support people who cannot afford to attend at this time. If you need a Concession, no evidence is required/no questions asked. 

If you have a Yoga Project Class Pass and wish to pay for the event using your class passes then just get in touch.

St Paul's Hills Road has plenty of cycle parking and some on-road parking around Hills Road. It is a 5 minute walk from Cambridge Station and on major bus routes. There is also a carpark nearby at St Anne's/Parkers Piece.
