Suitable for yoga teachers, trainees and advanced students, this unique workshop is designed to take your practice to the next level through an examination of the traditions, practices and capabilities of vinyasa flow yoga.

James will guide you through some of the key components of vinyasa, including the historical and philosophical context of sun salutations and flowing sequences, thinking about their limitations as well as their capacity for taking students on a journey.

Bring a critical and creative perspective, a pen and some paper, and an openness to trying new things to grow in your practice as a student and teacher. 

There is optional homework to submit after 2 weeks if you would like to gain individualised feedback on lesson planning. 

This course is listed as a CPD course with Yoga Alliance International (yogaalliance.org) and so can be used as 4hrs non-contact CPD for your continued RYT registration.
