During a season traditionally associated with watching and waiting through Advent, what are we watching and waiting for? What do we find when we turn inwards? What are the gifts we desire to meet the needs of our time? 

This donation-based workshop will combine yoga, meditation, intention-setting and imagination to help us explore these ideas in an infromal and welcoming environment. Suitable for all levels of experience and ability, you will be assisted to take part in ways that include you - do get in touch if you have any questions or there is anything that would make it easier for you to participate. 

Book by selecting a ticket and entering however much you would like to pay or can afford at this time. From taking a free space to supporting costs and other people's spaces, you are welcome irrespective of what you can pay. Spaces are limited so early booking is advised! 

Bring a yoga mat (or let James know if you don't have one) and arrive anytime from 2.30pm when there will be free herbal teas and snacks to enjoy as you settle in to an enriching afternoon together. See you on the mat!
