Historically, Advent is a time of watching and waiting - where we anticipate good news and store up our energy to carry us through til spring.

This busy period can leave little room for stopping and noticing how we are, as well as taking time to rest. Join this workshop with James for a spacious and heartwarming morning of practices in the run-up to Christmas.

We will use creative ways to reflect, move and rest, and be inspired by the traditions of yoga to watch within for hopefulness, light and kindness. 

We will also have a giant Christmas tree, candles and live instrumental music, as well as some refreshments, too! It will be a very special  morning with an atmosphere to remember :) 

Bring a mat if you have one, as well as some layers for the relaxation (although the church will be nice and warm). The workshop is suitable for all levels of experience, and if you have any questions just get in touch.
