You will be welcomed just as you are, and guided through a whole range of dynamics in accessible and insightful ways, whatever your experience in movement or yoga practice. Live instrumental music, a curated playlist, and carefully crafted sequences will leave you feeling like you've had an experience to remember, followed by mocktails to refresh and revive you!

Bring a yoga mat or get in touch if you need to borrow one, or if you have anything else you need to discuss or ask to make it easier for you to take part.
