Yoga Project's Christmas Care Package is a one-of-a-kind, carefully crafted bundle of 12 different practices to keep you connected and inspired over the festive period!

Expect a mixture of yoga classes, meditations, reflections and creative activities, delivered to you and made available from December 20th. There will be specific practices for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and January 2nd - but you are free to mix and match depending on what you fancy! 

Each practice has been thoughtfully crafted for you and recorded with quality and care :) They are to keep forever, and would make a perfect gift for someone else, as well, providing inspiration well beyond the 12 days and worth revisiting.
