Join James for a pop-up yoga flow class in the Upper Hall at St Paul's Hills Road! This classic vinyasa flow class is full of creative sequencing, connecting movement and an awesome playlist! Bring your own mat and a willingness to connect and explore! Do get in touch ahead of the class with any injuries, requests or concerns about the practice.
