Join James for a charity event to remember!

This event is an uplifting movement class like no other, where we will weave together ideas from yoga with sound and embodied ideas to create a unique moment together - all for a wonderful cause. 

You don't need to use a yoga mat for this class - and I would encourage you to wear trainers or comfy shoes, if you don't fancy going barefoot like me. I will lead the class encouragingly in some accessible movement, building on simple ideas which you will be familiar with from yoga practice. Expect to have a good time whilst trying something a little different! 

The class is from 6-7.15pm at St Paul's Hills Road Upper Hall!

MQ Mental Health is the leading mental health research charity, and as an Ambassador for them for several years I have chosen MQ as Yoga Project's Charity of the Year 2023! They have funded research into the connection between hypermobility and mental illness, and so much more - trying to fill the knowledge gap that exists between physical and mental health research. Their work will lead to a future where fewer people live in the dark, without knowledge of their conditions and how they may best be treated. 

Tickets are pay as you feel (suggested donation at least what you pay for a class if you can - but do be generous if you can afford it!) All proceeds after the room costs will go to MQ and by the end of the year we hope to make £1500 to support their work.
