St Paul’s provides an airy and inspiring space to move, breathe and connect with yourself and others.

Bringing together the traditions of dance and yoga, SOULSTICE is open to people with ALL levels of experience and from ALL backgrounds.

Doors open 5.45pm, spaces are strictly limited. Bring a mat if you can or let us know if you need to borrow one! Dressing up strongly encouraged as is not taking yourself too seriously!

Come as you are and leave connected to who you are.
